Dennis graduated in 1997 from Sam Houston State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Starting out as a Construction Manager right out of College, Dennis quickly rose through the ranks to Regional Manager, responsible for training and educating all new hires, while overseeing the construction of thousands of new Homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. Seeking new challenges Dennis spent the next several years as one the Principal owners and President of Trimen Custom Homes and Terra Bella, which evolved into one of EPGs’ founding companies EPGMS which continues to service and maintain millions of dollars in professional properties, Master Planned Communities, Commercial Buildings, Strip Centers And General Landscaping for Builders in the Houston, Katy, Sugarland and League City areas. Dennis currently holds the title Managing Partner at EPG, working closely with vendors and trades to insure a quality installation.

Jeff graduated in 1998 from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and is currently working toward his Master’s Degree in Business Management. Jeff went to work as a homebuilder directly out of college and spent ten years building thousands of the finest homes in Houston. He went on to run Cinco Ranch which is one of Greater Houston’s largest master planned communities. 

Seeking new challenges Jeff went to work in the restoration and remediation industry and managed multiple projects in excess of four million dollars, utilizing as many as 120 field personnel at any one given time during Hurricane Dolly and Hurricane Ike. Jeff has worked all types of insurance claims settling complex losses resulting from fire, flood, mold, wind, water, and hail. 
Jeff currently holds the title Managing Partner at EPG, responsible for project procurement services, including but not limited to, budgeting for subcontractor/vendor cost, cost estimating, cost proposal input, subcontracting and subcontract negotiations.  This includes project accounting to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and profitability of all projects.

Jason graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in health education. He became Regional Sales Manager of Gulf States. Following Hurricane Ivan in 2004, Jason created South Coast Windstorm, a Hurricane strapping company, where he served as Principle and President. This lead him into restoration and reconstruction dealing with insurance adjusters an insurance claims on catastrophic events. As managing partner, Jason is responsible for project management and all field supervision from initial bid through project close out. He supervises and coordinates all activities and employees relating to projects and quality control.
